		<description>Wow!  That&#039;s fantastic.   I have come to the conclusion that ALL states should be like Pennsylvania; no restrictions whatsoever (why bother with criminals? By definition, they are going to do whatever they want anyway, aren&#039;t they?)  At the very least, there should be no restriction or licensing for concealed carry.  If everyone knew that everyone was potentially packing, maybe a lot of people would act differently.  And if they get themselves into trouble (while carrying) by their own actions, then let them suffer the consequences.  But isn&#039;t the basis of our law supposed to be, Innocent until proven guilty?  In other words,  you are a law abiding citizen able to carry, until proven otherwise.  It SHOULD be a right, and not a privilege, especially one you have to pay for.</description>
