The states that have restricted their citizens to carry, have higher violent crime rates? Why did the violent crime rate in Austrilia go sky high, after that government took the citizen's guns away? Why is it in England, a person does not have the right to resist a criminal in their own home. As a retired peace officer, I support a person's right to own a firearm. The founding fathers put the 2nd admendment in the Bill of Rights, to let the people have a way to protect themselves from their government. Hitler took the guns away from their people and 20 million died. What would have happened if the Nazi's would have been met at the door with a Jewish person holding a gun in their hand?
