The best kydex holsters are made by NTAC, and Armodillo. Both companies make quality, hand molded, custom kydex holsters. They offer both IWB & OWB and in a choice of colors. I ordered one from Armodillo for my XDM 3.8 compact in Urban Digi Camo. Can't wait until it's done ! Im starting to like Kydex especially for Glocks and XD/XDM. The rivet nuts just spin when I try to move the screws. I've tried just about everything so far from tension (I used a clamp even) to sticking a pin under the rivet to try and create friction. I love this holster, price, really good grip on the belt, and protection for the complete barrel (I had one that the bottom 1/4" of the barrel stuck out past the holster) but, can't seem to adjust it. Let's face it they are all plastic. These work, they are relatively inexpensive, and protect your gun. Also very wearable and affordable. At $15 or less, also disposable!
