If so, then you are probably right on your percentage, but they are not firearms vendors. Private Sales originating from a Gun show, or the parking lot, are already unlawful by state law. I'd say that the estimate of 25 to 50 percent of firearm vendors at gun shows are unlicensed would be pretty much accurate Accessories, Ammo, Reloading Supplies, Refinishing tools, Organization Tables (Clubs, Scope, NRA), BBQ Sauce, home improvement raffles, and lets not forget, Beef Jerkey!
