Picked one up for $290 at gander mt. On sale for some reason. I fired 28 rounds through it, wanted to see how it fed, fed well 2 jams but could be the hi cap mag. Very accurate esp with a scope. has a 2 yr warranty and gander mt put there 1 yr warranty on it. So you have a 3 yr warranty. I saw the youtube videos also made me feel uneasy after i bought it but when i fired it fast i didnt have any problems, going to fire the hell outta of it this weekend. I dont think ill have any problems.

I PICKED THIS GUN UP ALSO AT GANDER MTN.FOR 296.00 AND SO DID A BUDDY OF MINE,HIS MISFIRED 1ST SHOT AND JAMMED EVERY 2-3 SHOTS AFTERWARDS,I SHOT MINE 40 TIMES AND MISFED THE 40TH SHELL.THE BULLETS WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE @45 YARDS,I WAS USING THE STOCK 10 RD CLIP AND HE WAS USING THE 30 RD PLASTIC CLIP,WE SHOT AGAIN AFTER WE BOTH PUT SCOPES ON THEM,I DISCOVERED THAT MY AMMO WAS MIXED IN MY AMMO CAN AND QUICKLY DISCOVERED THAT I WAS SHOOTING REMINGTON AND FEDERAL AMMO TOGETHER IN THE SAME CLIP,I SEPERATED AND SHOT ONE CLIP OF EACH,THE FEDERAL AMMO WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE AND THE REMINGTON AMMO WAS DEAD ON,I SHOT OVER A HUNDRED TIMES AND MY GUN DID NOT JAM OR MISFIRE AT ALL.MY BUDDY WAS SHOOTING WINCHETER AMMO AND SWITCHED TO CCI AND HIS NEVER JAMMED OR MISFIRED AFTER THAT, SO BEFORE YOU GET IRRITATED WITH YOUR GUN TRY DIFFERENT AMMO AND KEEP IT OILED AND CLEAN.HOPE THIS WILL HELP. GSO N.C.

I bought mine in Alberta and payed about $575.00. my vtr also will jam up every 20-30 shots. With the 10 shot clip it has not jammed at all. With the 30 shot clip it does jam. Im going to try other ammo and see if that helps…

just took my vtr to the range, used cci 40 gr and ran 300 rounds through it and not one flf fte at all. this gun shot so good i would put it against a 1022 any day of the week, used a 30 round clip from remington 30 rounds as fast as i could pull the trigger it would just fire and lock open just like it should. as for accuracy? i had to keep replacing targets because there was no bullseye left to see how good i was shooting. as for the clips? 30 round and 10 round i had no problems except for the 30 round would not always lock open the bolt when empty.as for the gun overall, for the money you cant go wrong, use good ammunition
