    Sirs:
    My Question is this..
I have an eye problem that wont allow me to use a scope.. My solution is to drop a 1022 barrelled action (including sights) into your Charger stock.. Because my barreled action is legally a rifle, the combination must be overall 26 inches to be legal.. I believe this combination (with your charger stock) meets that spec.. But will it fit?? That is, can I fit my barrelled action to your charger stock?? I’ll appreciate any info..Thanks..
    Dan..

      Hi Dan,

Thanks for taking the time to post. I encourage you to go over to the manufacturer’s site, Blackhawk.com, and ask them. We’re not the manufacturer, and the this blog is merely a conduit of gun news.

Again thanks for taking the time to post.

    Dan,

Your 10/22 will fit just make sure the barrel is over 16″ to stay legal. Just don’t put a barrel less than 16″ on that reciever otherwise it will fall under NFA rules as a short-barreled rifle, even if it doesn’t have a stock attached.
