Magpul AFG

By Richard on December 2, 2009 2 Comments

magpul_afgThe Firearm Blog posted an introduction to the Magpul AFG.  The AFG, or Angled ForeGrip, is a new concept for hanging onto your AR-platform gun.  It is an interesting idea, but like anything designed to hang off an AR, I’ll reserve judgment until I get a chance to shoot one.

Definitely check out The Firearm Blog for more information.

I’m very interested in giving this a go, as I’m already a thumb-over-the-top, as far forward as possible fore end grabber. Since the trend has been away from chicken choking the broom handle for a while now and using it more like a hand stop, this part may be the next step. I hope I’ll know in the near future.
