Red Skelton and the Pledge of Allegiance
ByThere is a lot of strife in the USA. More and more people feel that the elected leaders of the country have forgotten who they work for, and what the Constitution allows them to do.
Without jumping onto a soapbox, here is the Pledge of Allegiance as explained by the comedian, soldier and American, Red Skelton.

Maybe it is the newly found Libertarian in me, but I pledge to nothing but myself. Not to a flag, not to a nation, not to another man. But to myself, and my liberty and freedom.
Also, just for a note, the Pledge of Alliance was written by Francis Julius Bellamy, a socialist. It was also done, seeing he sold American flags, to increase his sales of flags to government run schools.
