Remington R-15 Chambered in .450 Bushmaster

Remington introduced a new R-15 at the 2010 SHOT Show chambered in .450 Bushmaster.  Along with the R-15, Remington also showed a new loading in .450 Bushmaster.

The new R-15 rifle has an 18” free-floated barrel and a single stage trigger.  The .450 comes with four-round magazines and a lockable hard case.  The new R-15 is outfitted with a Mossy Oak New Break-Up Coverage.

The new Remington load for the .450 is a 260 grain Premier Accutip bullet that they claim is “perhaps the most accurate .45-caliber bullet ever devised.”  Velocity and energy measurements were not available from Remington.
