I got one for my 229 elite- which I believe is the new e2 style, and fits nice in the holster. A touch slug on the slide but I'm assuming that's because it's brand new. Just several holsterings seemed to ease it in. I think the website said it wasnt for the 'new e2' models , but other websites say all the new grips are the new e2 style. Grip design doesn't matter with this holster. Maybe I'm not understanding something. good luck Sigsauer.com ?
