We got a chance to shoot the KRISS Super V sub gun at the 2010 Media Day at the Range. Media Day is the day before the SHOT Show kicks off. Manufacturers can bring out their guns and gear for gun writers to shoot and get a feel for.
TDI makes the KRISS Super V as an alternative to other sub guns, such as the H&K MP5. The KRISS is chambered in .45 ACP, yet because of the patented recoil reducing technology, it generates less recoil than a 9mm MP5.
Here is a video of the KRISS Super V. Note the lack of muzzle rise, even in the two-round burst mode.

This was a really fun gun to shoot. The recoil feeling is more than say an MP-5, but the lack of barrel rise is noticed. This weapon has a single shot, 2-shot, and full auto capablility and even on full auto the weapon is very manageable.
