Defense Review posted information about the new Smith & Wesson AR-15 carbines/short-barreled-rifles (SBR) that were on display at the 2010 Special Operations Forces Industry Conference. According to Defense Review, the new AR’s featured:
- ambidextrous controls
- gas piston system from Adams Arms
- self-lubricating internals
- new desert tan finish
