More on the Taurus ST12 Shotgun

I recently added more photos and updated information on the Taurus ST12 shotgun to this page (click here.)

Taurus shotgun

If you are not familiar already with the shotgun, it is a 12 gauge pump action gun that looks like an 870 with a bunch of tactical stuff added including a tri-rail, folding buttstock and breacher-style stand off for the muzzle.  It has an extended magazine and 3″ chamber.  All of the photos, and a video of the gun in action, is at the above page.

  1. Remington 870? Looks more like a Mossberg 590. A heat shield ain’t a tri-rail and a collapsible stock isn’t a folder. But at least you got the muzzle device right.

    • What photos are you looking at? Did you even click through to the full article?

If you look at the photos of the gun’s left side, you can clearly see the hinge for folding the stock. Additionally, the tri-rail is both clearly described in the literature and in the features photo above (you can click on it to make it bigger if you like.) However, for ease of identification, I added a close up of the tri rail from the Taurus catalog for you at the bottom of the post.

      • Thanks for the extra pics, those features don’t appear in the photo at the top of this page and I didn’t follow the link (my bad). However the action is still pure Mossberg. Just sayin’
