NRA Life Membership – Best Deal [Limited Time]

Gun owners need to sign up immediately for a lifetime membership to the NRA.

Why? Let me tell you.

NRA Lifetime Membership Discount

The National Rifle Association has new leadership, and they seem intent on fighting for the Second Amendment. And that fight is real.

Just because Republicans control both houses of Congress and a Republican is in the White House doesn’t mean we are safe. Consider that as I’m writing this the Supreme Court – with a supposed 6-3 membership to “our side” – allowed a Maryland anti-gun law to stand.

Everytown anti-gun paranoia

The anti-gunners will use every tragic crime to push for you to be disarmed using the exact tactics of division they project on others. Sadly, their lies find a home with millions of Americans – voters – who simply don’t know better.

We can’t depend on the Supreme Court, Congress or the President to do what’s right and protect our rights. We have to do that – both directly and through gun rights organizations including the NRA.

We have to fight back – hard.

I don’t mean picking up a rifle and head off to war. I mean politically. We have to block all anti-gun legislation locally and in Washington DC. To do that, we need to organize – something the NRA has been doing for decades.

Current Discounts on
NRA Memberships

For a limited time, the NRA is offering up to 50% off on its memberships. These are FULL memberships with magazine subscription, voting rights and all other privileges.

Organized, we can slow down, modify and stop any and all legislative threats to our freedoms. Disorganized – well, we will have them rammed down our throats.

I think Ben Franklin said it best:

Ben Franklin Hang Together

You have several choices in how to join the NRA. Follow my recruiting link here.

The best deal is on the Lifetime Membership which is currently discounted half off in an effort to bring as many people into the fight as possible. That will be a $750 investment into the fight and gets you full voting rights at the National Rifle Association.

Join or Die Flag NRA

The $600 NRA life membership discount from years past is gone! I don’t expect to see it ever come back.

The current best deal is $750 to secure your lifetime membership to the National Rifle Association with full voting rights. Follow my recruiting link here.

Keep in mind, the current NRA membership deal is for a limited time only and can change at any time. Those who have missed prior deals know this to be true.

NRA Life Membership Discount

If you cannot afford a lifetime membership, consider a one-year or five-year membership. While these levels do not earn you voting rights within the National Rifle Association, they still help the fight and provide you with important information about new legislation, a magazine subscription of your choice and a wealth of additional benefits.

NRA Lifetime Membership

If you think gun rights are safe, you would be incorrect. Not only are states like California aggressively attacking your civil rights, but anti-freedom organizations are continuing to push for more legislation at the local and federal levels as well.

NRA Life Discount

Even “safe” states like Florida have gun control laws we have to repeal.

Did you know that under Florida’s laws, a 20-year old can’t buy a hunting rifle to deal with feral pigs destroying his farm?

Why do I need a NRA Lifetime Membership?

Like many of you, I don’t agree with the NRA on every point. Fortunately, new leadership is steering the organizatrion a better direction. And they are fighting many of these draconian laws like the one that prevents adults from owning rifles in Florida.

Plus, as a lifetime member, you get full voting rights. That means you decide who will be on the board of directors. This can help direct the organization down the path that you think it needs to go. I think there need to be some changes, and we need every voting member to make that possible.

Can’t Afford a NRA Lifetime Membership? No problem!

Even if you cannot afford to sign up for the lifetime membership, the NRA still offers a discount on annual memberships.

Annual memberships are benefitting from a $10 price drop. An annual membership does not get you voting rights until you’ve been a member for five consecutive years. However, it gets you on the team with the magazine and other benefits until you are in a position to jump up to a lifetime member.

If it sounds like I’m pushing hard for everyone to join the NRA, it’s because I am. I want to improve the organization with fresh blood and encourage it to be more active in defending our rights to firearms and self-defense. We live in bad times and a strong, energetic NRA has never been more important. Please, take advantage of this NRA membership discount and sign up. Even if you can only grab a one year deal, hop on board!

Join today and help chart our course for the future!

Please note: My support of the NRA does not diminish my support of other gun rights organizations. I also recommend that everyone be a paid member of the Second Amendment Foundation and the Firearms Policy Coalition.

There has never been a better time to join the NRA. I cannot believe you can get a Life Membership for only $600 – how could you ever say no?!? What a bargain and a great way to support our 2nd Ammendment rights.
If you are not a Life Member, everyone should take advantage of this deal. Believe me, these rates will not last long.

Hi Thomas,

Sorry to hear you missed the deal. As I warned everyone, the $600 lifetime membership deal expired at midnight on 2/28. At that time, pricing reverted to normal. Sadly, I have been told that the NRA will not offer that low of a discount again. I don’t know if that is true, but I wouldn’t expect to see it for a long time at least.

Even though the lifetime membership price returned to its normal $1,500, the NRA is allowing me to offer $500 discounts for a limited time. These discounts will bring the total cost to $1,000. Not as sweet as before, but still a $500 savings.

-Richard

I was unaware of the NRA life membership. I’m reading this for the first time. I would join as a life member for the$600 price. Can you make they possible? Bill DeSantis

Hi Bill,

Thanks for taking the time to post your question. Unfortunately, I don’t dictate terms to the National Rifle Association. The NRA sets the price ($1,500) and allows me to offer discounts – in this case a $500 discount to a total of $1,000. I’ve been told that the incredibly low $600 deal will not be offered again. I have no way of knowing if that is true, but I do know the organization ran the discount for an extended period of time. So, they are unlikely to offer it again any time soon. If you are not currently a member, I would encourage you to at least join at the annual level.

Best,

Richard

I was not aware of the 600 life membership. I am a life member and wish to get a life membership for my son. Is there any program for a life member to give a life membership to someone for less than $1000. Thank you

Hi Fred,

If your son is still a child, you can get a Junior Life Membership for him at only $500 (discounted from $750) by going here: https://membership.nrahq.org/forms/signup.asp?campaignid=XR031351

Once there, click the tab that says “Junior, Distinguished and Other Memberships” and you will see the option available.

If your son is an adult, then the regular membership is all that is available. $1000 isn’t as good a deal as $600, but it is still a savings of $500. Sadly, I don’t know if the NRA will ever bring back the $600 deal again. The information I’m hearing is that they will not, but I don’t know for certain.

Best,

Richard

My family is already Life Members, but I just got an offer in the mail to upgrade to “Patriot Endowment” member for $300. You get a very nice mid-sized NRA wheeled carry-on bag if you sign up, and the payment can be made in full, or in easy $25.00/month increments.

To say we dodged a crisis on gun rights during the last Presidential election is putting it mildly. And with an open Supreme Court spot, with potentially 2 more spots in the next 4-8 years, the battle for liberty is actually at a fever pitch right now. Though we had a serious of very good Supreme Court rulings on personal gun liberties in the last decade, the votes were 5-4 with the minority loudly vocalizing their claim that firearm ownership is NOT an individual right. Scary to think we have justices that cannot read plain text, history, and the words of the Constitution’s authors and signers to know they meant exactly that!

Though I’ve been a member of other gun rights groups, NRA continues to have the most impact, both on the Federal and State level.

Im a gulf war era Vet. I have been chewing on joining for years but it wasnt until our country foolishly elected a sweet talking muslim that I began seriously considering joining. Of course thats no excuse for waiting till 2018, but financial priorities interfered.
With the leftist attacks and Sal Alinskys socialist program being exposed, It became even more clear that I should protect the very rights I grew up with but didnt understand then, the importance.

So I would like to join, Im just seeking information about veteran programs that might be available.

Best Regards.

I WOULD LIKE TO INQUIRE ON VETERAN STATUS IN JOINING LIFE MEMBERSHIP I AM A VIETNAM AND DESERT STORM VETERAN. I HAVE A 70% DISABILITY WITH THE VA AND AM INQUIRING IF YOU GIVE A DISABILITY DISCOUNT ON LIFE MEMBERS.

Hi Larry,

Lifetime memberships to the NRA are normally $1,500. Distinguished life memberships, which include disabled vets, are 50% off which brings the price to $750. This specific deal is an even deeper discount – just $600.

You can still get the distinguished membership, but it will cost you $150 more. I’d recommend the steeper discount that is available to everyone through the end of the month. It can be had by clicking here: https://membership.nrahq.org/forms/signup.asp?campaignid=XR031351

I hope this helps.

-Richard

Correct. For the $900 savings, you do not receive a free leather jacket.

The good news is you can purchase one separately at the NRA Store ($180-$250) and still save about $650 after purchasing a lifetime membership during this discount. Once the discount expires in a few days, the membership rates will return to $1500 and the jacket will possibly become a “free” gift again for joining at the higher rate.

I hope this helps.

-Richard

Not a problem at all. By going with the $600 option vs. the normal $1500 does this still include the magazine subscription, NRA lifetime member jacket, etc.?

I got a free 1 year membership with a Taurus I purchased, but just renewed into the lifetime member because of this. I appreciate you supporting the NRA and for sharing this information with us. I encourage everyone to join the NRA! Look at everything that is going on and you should see that Republicans are not completely reliable at defending our rights. We need the NRA and they need us.

Glad to hear you joined in as a lifetime member. Make sure you vote in the upcoming board of directors elections.

-Richard

What ever happened to the 500.00 lifetime membership? I started that but ran into money problems and couldn’t keep it up but I could do that right now.

Hi Cecilia,

It looks like the current installment plan for a lifetime membership is $25/month for 60 months. That works out to be the full $1500.

It looks like your best bet for a lifetime membership would be to save that money each month and then sign up when the deal comes back around. The current deal expires in March, but I hope to see more down the road.

It would save you quite a bit of money and get you voting rights immediately instead of more years down the road.

-Richard

If you sign up for the life time membership at the discounted price do you still get the certificate and patches that come with the full $1500 membership?

I wouldn’t mind getting in on the $600 life membership. Problem is I have been bleeding cash on repairs to the truck and the house (old pipes suck).

Do they have an option for the lame monthly payments with the $600 deal?

They can do a monthly or quarterly payment plan, but that is only at the full $1500 price. I’d recommend avoiding that. Instead, I’d suggest going with the $30 annual membership now (if you are not already a member) and waiting to see if they run the offer again in the future. Obviously, there are no guarantees of when they will run another deal, or what the pricing will be, but I still think you would come out ahead instead of making payments toward the $1500 membership.

-Richard

In addition to the magazine, etc. I find the primary benefit to be in voting for the board of directors. There are some people on the board that need to go, and being a life member ensures you get to have a say in the direction of the organization.

This is not an endorsement of Adam Kraut, but he put together an eye opening look at the attendance records for all of the current directors on the board. Based on this alone many of these folks need to go.

-Richard

Is there a current discount program at the $600, or is there a “re-up” for the program that ended on the 31st?

Hi Bare,

I literally just got an e-mail from the NRA. They have extended the deal through March 15, 2018. I don’t know if it will extend beyond that. I hope this helps.

Best,

Richard

I will get this set up this week then. I need to include my wife and children in this. Does that throw a spin on this discount plan then?

Everyone is eligible for the discount. If your children are still under 18, their rate is $500 instead of $600.

I *DON’T* like the recent anti-freedom behavior I’ve seen from the NRA recently but at least they will protect *some* of our rights. Maybe we can protect the others without them? At least we’ll have some of the holes filled. As far as I’m concerned the right to keep and bear arms means literally any weapon one might come up with, because remember, if we have to go up against our own government, that means tanks and drones. I wouldn’t put it past em to use nukes if they think they are loosing.

I’ve never agreed with any organization 100%, and that includes the NRA. Personally, I’d like to seem some significant changes in the NRA’s focus and leadership. That said, the only way to change it is to be a voting member. If you are, make sure you get your ballot in on time!

-Richard

I was looking at the benefits of lifetime membership, my brother is quite pleased with his, and voting isn’t even in there.

I just heard First bank of omaha is cutting its NRA credit cards. I just went life time membership and they paid for it. They can pound sand on payments.

Just joined as Lifetime member. Enough of the NRA bashing. Let’s get the word out to all family and friends and get em all to sign up by March 15.

Just upped my membership from annual to lifetime. The “””European Style Socialists” need to have their lying mouths shut up for good. My patience is rapidly reaching its end.

I’m afraid I don’t know anything about a leather jacket. Is that an older incentive the NRA used to offer? I know they’ve changed some of the things they have offered over the years.

Why would I block you Dan? Your comments with links were held for manual approval due to spammers. I hope you can appreciate that.

Regarding the other person, they used a fake e-mail and defamatory language. If he or she would like to have a conversation about his or her concerns, I’d welcome it.

As it states at the top of the article, I am a NRA recruiter. The NRA is offering a special deal for lifetime memberships through its recruiters. What’s the issue?

-Richard

Just became a lifetime member minutes ago. The zealots on the other side have become so delusional that we must become stronger to defeat them.

Welcome! I spoke with a second NRA rep today. He confirmed that you are eligible in voting in this year’s election. He advised that ballots will be sent out via first class mail in late March.

-Richard

Hi Mike,

At this discount, you get all of the normal rights and benefits associated with being a lifetime member (voting rights, magazine, etc.) The special gifts (the leather jacket others have mentioned) are only available if you pay at the full price.

I hope this helps!

-Richard

Just signed up for lifetime membership, thank you liberal democrats for helping lead me in the right and only direction.

I too just signed up… was a member at one time but let it slip… no more… now lifetime. Thanks Richard for making this available.

Correct. The NRA told me that the current $600 offer would be good through 3/15.

Anyone who pays in full by then will be able to vote in this year’s board election. I strongly encourage everyone to vote.

-Richard

I signed up for the $600 lifetime and just got a cap and a folding knife. There was a cloth (not leather) jacket advertised as coming with the special lifetime deal, but no one mentioned it when I called to enroll. I asked about it and they said the leather jacket is only for the $1,500 full price lifetime membership. Still no card or pin.

The card and pin ship from a different location as the card has to be specially printed with your name and member number. I would expect to see it a couple of weeks after the other items that are not personalized.

-Richard

Thank you Richard for having this link, easy to find online. Had a “life of duty” member but let it lapse. Been wanting to join, and this had additional savings for the “distinguished” life member. Now a voting member, and for life.

Hi Richard,

Thank you for posting this information and the link to sign-up at the discounted price. I understand that this does not include the jacket that’s included at full $1,500 price, but does it include the membership card, certificate, shooter’s patch, lapel pin, and decals? Please advise. Thank you.

Andrew

According to the NRA staffer I spoke with, all of the “normal” items such as the membership card, pin, patch and decals are included. The only thing not included would be the jacket (the current promotional gift.)

I hope this helps.

-Richard

They called me today to offer and I jumped on it .I was a yearly member so maybe they are only offering to current members still? Try calling them .

After this weekend, I believe it’s time to reup. Any chance this deal could still be active?

At this time, the NRA discontinued the $600 deal. However, they are still offering a $500 off deal (for a total of $1,000) on the lifetime membership through the same link.

I do not know when, or even if, the NRA will offer the $600 discount again. If they do, I will update this page.

Richard

I got the $600 lifetime membership, my membership card and account now say it expires in twenty years. I thought lifetime meant lifetime?

It does mean lifetime. I would suggest logging in to your NRA account and e-mailing, chatting or calling them. I’m sure it is some type of typo. I know they have been overwhelmed with applicants signing up.

-Richard

Thanks for updating us. Missed out earlier in the year, but with my tax money, I bought a new Smith revolver and a life membership. I figure that’s a good way to spend the money I managed to get back from the feds.

Sounds like the best way to spend the money! Well, that and ammo. : )

-Richard

Yes – It is available right now. I’m not sure of when it is being cut off.

Hi Leo,
The NRA just brought back the $600 deal. If you missed the last opportunity, you can get in now.
-Richard

I’ve been a yearly member for quiet sometime, but I got the 600.dollar offer.can I get the leather jacket if I sign up this week?

Hi Rome,

It is my understanding that the discounted $600 price does not include a leather jacket. However, you can purchase that separately and still come out way ahead that if you wait until the price goes back up to $1500.

Best,

Richard

Hi Allan,

Log into your NRA account (nramemberservices.org) and then click “Member Only Discounts.” This will take you to a page where you can access the discounted life insurance policies and other benefits. I hope this helps.

-Richard

Hi John,

I’d like to see changes at the NRA also. I’m hoping that enough members get involved so we can refocus the organization on (1) stopping new infringements and (2) rolling back some of the ones that we’ve been hit with over the years.
